Love how honest and up front he was when I brought my pickup to him! I've often had male mechanics that scoff at my concerns (once leading to a total transmission failure when the mechanic tried to tell me it was a fuse problem). Being new to the Topeka area, I was worried about someone new taking care of my truck, but James and ALL the Cable Dahmer guys and gals (shout out to Ashley!) for taking such great care of me!!

It is nice that CableDahmer finally has some people in the service kiosks that are friendly and understanding. My first two visits there weren't good (at all). This time, Sabra Nierenberg was great. She was greeted me with a warm smile, was understanding to my issues, and followed up on the repairs. This is what a visit to a car dealership is supposed to be. Next time I come to CableDahmer for service, I will seek her out.
