I just purchased a vehicle from here and when I first looked at it was kind of dirty on the outside but the car itself was nice a 2024 Ford with low miles. I come back the next day to sign the paperwork for the car and we get all done with the paperwork and I'm waiting for them to bring my car back from the car wash and when I go outside to see my car it had scratches all the way down the sides paint chipped in multiple areas of the car and the windshield had a chip in it which all of these things were not visible because the car was dirty I really don't even think those scratches were there I think that something might have happened from the day before till then because I don't know how I could have missed all those scratches. I brought it to their attention before I left the lot which I should have never even left. And they told me that they were going to make it right and that they would contact me later that day and I would end up having to make an appointment.. it's been probably 3 or 4 days now and I still haven't been contacted about what they're going to do about this vehicle. When you pay $30,000 for a car you expect it to not have damage to the car after already seeing it and signing paperwork.. there was multiple cars on there lot with cracked windshields and some had damage to the fenders in the front. Asking $30,000 for a car with a broken windshield is ridiculous. I have yet to see what they are going to do to fix this issue.. I'm ready to already get this car back and go somewhere else.
