My salesman George was AMAZING! Very professional and helpful.
However my financial lady ABBY is misleading. ABBY seemed nice and understanding at first. But after my sale and me driving off the lot, that’s when the problems started happening. ABBY started calling and texting me non stop because of information that she did not process or finalized at the time of my sale. ABBY also told me that my tires are covered under my warranty and come to find out ABBY LIED. I was trying to reach out to ABBY for over a month, no answer no reply, as if I was being ignored. When I finally spoke with ABBY and addressed my concerns ABBY completely flipped the script saying that “ I mis understood her” and my tires are not covered under my warranty. All in all I am very upset and ABBY has not reached back out to me with a resolution.
