Took my girlfriends kia there for a recall on a fuse and the anti-theft system. The service advisor who helped us, Amanda Mosley was very helpful, awnsered all our questions and concerns. We also got a complimentary car wash on our way out.

Great customer service

I am not happy with my experience yesterday at this location. My check engine light came on the day prior, and I assumed it was due to a needed oil change that I was late on (the sticker on my window they posted from the last oil change had the incorrect date). I took my car in and was told that the oil change did not click off the check engine light and that I would have to pay $200 for a diagnostic test!? I declined, and as I drive off the lot my car’s performance was completely different. Could not accelerate and additional lights on my dashboard came on. My car was not operating like this on my drive there. I went back to the dealership and explained the issue and was met with defensiveness as though I was accusing them of causing the issue (suspicious). They were literally no help to me and still requested I pay for a diagnostic test to tell me anything about why my car suddenly changed like that. Ridiculous! I won’t be coming back to this location at all. I feel my experience was unprofessional and I was taken advantage of. Still no clue what’s going on with my car.
