The initial service bay attendant was great. I pulled into the bay and opened the hood and he came over and filled up the wiper fluid. Amanda Moseley came out and asked what our issue was. We explained what happened and she started assessing the problem. Gave us some probable causes and talked to us about costs for diagnostic services and possible repair costs. We agreed to leave it with them and she set us up with a loaner vehicle. Called us back and technician talked to us about the issue and repair via video showing oil leakage around oil pan gasket. Did a complete oil change and also transmission flush service. Amanda noticed that I had never had the transmission service done with 129k mile on the car. Our previous service was done at Bob Sight KIA and I mentioned to them that the transmission was shifting strangely. They didn’t seem to be concerned about it but Amanda was. After the oil change and transmission service. The car is running great. Amanda also had a recall work redone to correct the original recall that Bob Sight had done poorly.
