Alton Webb ( I think was his name) was amazing. He delivered our car to us at our home. He stayed for a minute and chatted, very nice. Jeramie Alban in service has always been great to deal with.

I received a notice that the sliding door actuator recall on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan was extended to 15 years or 150,000 miles—a well-documented issue across Chrysler and Dodge minivans. I called Cable Dahmer’s service department, explained the problem, and scheduled a time to drop off my van for the repair, which they confirmed would be covered under the recall. Ten days later, after arranging alternative transportation and coordinating a ride, I was told my vehicle wasn't eligible. They claimed my RTX trim wasn’t covered, even though the RT trim was—despite it being the same actuator, same model year, and same issue that has led to lawsuits. I wouldn’t trust these guys to fix a bicycle. Dishonest, misleading, and a perfect example of what's wrong with Dodge, Chrysler, and Stellantis. I fully intend to attend the court hearing and voice my objection to this sham of a recall.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to to leave a review. This place is a Joke. We had a vehicle transferred to this location from Topeka for us to purchase. Our appointment was at noon only for us to be told once we arrived that the manager sold our vehicle that morning. So not only did they sell it out from under us, no one had the decency to call to let us know it was sold. We drove all the way from Peculiar Mo for nothing. We’ve purchased MULTIPLE high dollar vehicles from Cable Dahmar. Since we were shown today how they treat their loyal customers, we’re done doing business with this company. From the other reviews I’ve read, looks like this company is slipping or just doesn’t care as long as they make a buck.
