I just have to speak about something you don’t see often and I saw it here today. I was waiting for my car to be serviced and there was another woman with her children waiting as well. The employees brought her in flowers and bubbles for all her children to show her sympathy and tell her there care about her. I have zero clue what she is going through but you just do not see businesses care about their customers like this anymore! It almost brought a tear to my eye and I just want to applaud this service department for their generosity; it made my day to see people caring for one another!

My boyfriend and I were already pre-qualified with capital one. We saw prices of vehicles on the capital one app and when we got to this dealership the vehicle was about 3,000 more at the lot. Bait and switch. They put discounts on the vehicles and you might not qualify for those discounts. They started scribbling and writing numbers fown on scrap paper saying they wanted us to sign it if we would consider the vehicle at this or that price. Just really strange and unprofessional. They then said they wanted to look at our pre-qual and so we signed papers allowing them to look at our capital one information and assured us they weren't doing a hard pull. Well, they did and there was a manager present too. Just really shady money hungry people trying to force you into a vehicle
