He spends time restoring antique tractors, VW dune buggies and is currently working on a 1930 Ford Model A—a hands-on passion that reflects his love for craftsmanship, history, and the satisfaction of a job well done.

Questions:

What’s the next frontier for our brand identity in Kansas City and Topeka?

The next frontier is emotional resonance. Not just being known—but being felt.

Evergreen Brand Campaigns will tell stories around each pillar—Trust, Community, Service—rooted in real people, real moments, and real value. We will be using our employees, their families and customers as the face of Cable Dahmer in our campaigns.

We’ll shift from transactional marketing to identity-driven storytelling.

Especially in Topeka, we’re not just new—we’re building a cultural and community presence that stands for something bigger than just sales volume.

We’re crafting a brand that becomes part of people’s lives, not just a choice on their shopping list.

How do you bring core values into your role?

In my role, our core values—Coaching, Process Loyal, Integrity, Growth Mindset, and Attitude—are a daily compass for decision-making.

When creating campaigns, I ask: Does this reflect the kind of integrity and attitude we want the community to associate with us?

In collaboration, I embody a coaching mindset—helping the team grow and stay focused on customer-first solutions.

We design marketing that reflects our process-loyal approach—clear, consistent, and dependable for every store and every customer.

Every platform, every ad, every message must reflect these values. They’re not internal buzzwords—they’re public promises.
