I am completely satisfied with CableDahmer Buick GMC of K.C. and the Advisor Tim, the service is always excellent and Tim is very professional and thoughtful.

My car has been in for repairs recently. The repairs needed were electronic oriented and required escalation to GM engineers. I am not very impressed with the response time that the dealership had to put up with from the GM engineers. However I have to say that getting the dealership GM Mike, the service manager Matt and the assistant service manager Bobby involved was enormously helpful. Once these guys were engaged they communicated with me regularly, they saw to it that I had the right loaner vehicle, and we very focused on getting the extra help they needed. The five star rating is because of these guys efforts. I feel sorry for them that they don’t get the timely support they need from GM. Thanks Very much Mike, Matt and Bobby!
