Then, when we had a freak accident that caused immediate damage to our brand new truck the very day of purchase, Caleb was the only one willing to truly listen and work with us. He even went above his manager to speak with his superior, explaining our situation and helping to bring about a peaceful resolution. Caleb is the reason we purchased this vehicle. His pure heart, genuine compassion, and outstanding dedication to his customers are unmatched. We are already planning on purchasing our next vehicle with him.
